
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh jalapeños
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh cilantro, dill & parsley
- 4 green onions
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 fresh avocado
- 1 lime worth of lime juice
- 1/2 cup of green yogurt
- S&P to taste
- Roast jalapeños. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Add jalapeños on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes or until skin is blistered.
- Remove jalapeños and allow to cool. Remove stems and seeds (the more seeds, the more heat).
- Combine in food processor. Add jalapeños, cilantro, dill, parsley, green onions (without stems), tahini, olive oil, avocado, lemon juice & green yogurt to food processor. S&P to taste.
- Combine until fully incorporated and blended. Use your discretion based upon consistency to add a TSP of water at a time to reach desired consistency.
