While I may not be a fan of football, I certainly am a fan of the snacks.
These recipes are my take on game-day staples, tweaked over the years, specially catered to have lots of what I love and less of what I don’t like.

Beer Cheese Dip
Beer Cheese Dip is the twin flame to a soft pretzel. Beer and cheese must be the top two ingredients at super bowl parties, so I can’t think of anything more emblematic of the day.

Roasted Garlic Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Here me out, I prefer dips with as much flavor and as little filler as possible. That is exactly what this Roasted Garlic Spinach & Artichoke Dip is. My version of spinach & artichoke dip has no cream cheese, a medley of cheeses and fresh roasted garlic. Also, this recipe utilizes food processed spinach and artichoke ensure that every bite is flavorful.

Dutch Oven Buffalo Chicken Dip
The ultimate game day dip, Dutch Oven Buffalo Dip. Once again, I prefer my dips with as little filler and as much flavor as possible. That is why my recipe is cream cheese-less. Additionally, there’s seasoning at every layer of the dip. Cooking the chicken on your own is not only cost efficient, its a crucial step to add flavor and texture to your dip.

IPA Brined Baked Chicken Wings
The perfect wing in my eyes is both crispy on the outside and fall off the bone tender on the inside. That is why I love making these IPA Brined Baked Chicken Wings. These wings stand alone, or are a great base for your favorite wing sauce.

Honey Garlic Cauliflower ‘Wings’
These, Honey Garlic Cauliflower ‘Wings’ are great even if you are vegan or vegetarian. It’s a nice change of pace from the usual suspects, and provides a lot of flavor while not being deep fried.
