
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of steel cut oats
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 TSP of vanilla
- 1/2 TSP of cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 TBSP of honey
- 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries
- 1/8 cup of chopped walnuts
- Combine oats. Add oats, milk, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, egg and honey into a food processor or blend. Pulse into fully incorporated.
- Assemble oats. Spray oven safe pan with cooking spray, add oat mixture.
- Add raspberries & walnuts on top.
- Bake oats. Bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes or until golden on top.
- Remove, add additional drizzle of honey, serve & enjoy!
