Raspberry Walnut Honey Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of steel cut oats
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 TSP of vanilla
  • 1/2 TSP of cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TBSP of honey
  • 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 1/8 cup of chopped walnuts
  1. Combine oats. Add oats, milk, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, egg and honey into a food processor or blend. Pulse into fully incorporated.
  2. Assemble oats. Spray oven safe pan with cooking spray, add oat mixture.
  3. Add raspberries & walnuts on top.
  4. Bake oats. Bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes or until golden on top.
  5. Remove, add additional drizzle of honey, serve & enjoy!
