
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of plain goat cheese, softened
- 1 cup of cranberries
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 3 TBSP of honey
- In saucepan, heat cranberries and orange juice at medium high heat.
- Cook until cranberries begin to burst.
- Lower heat and stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Cook cranberries on medium low heat for approximately 15 minutes or until sauce texture is achieved.
- Remove from stove and allow to cool.
- Combine softened goat cheese, honey, and cranberry sauce in food processor.
- Blend until fully incorporated.
