Everything Pretzel Pigs in a Blanket:
Ingredients:
- Crescent dough
- Hotdogs
- 1 egg whisked
- 2 TBSP of Everything Seasoning
- 5 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of baking soda
- Heat oven to 450.
- Cut crescent dough into small triangles.
- Cut hotdogs into fourths.
- Starting from the wide side of the triangle, wrap the hotdog until fully wrapped.
- Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add baking soda and lower to a simmer.
- Add wrapped hotdogs to the soda bath for 30 seconds.
- Remove with slotted spoon and place on baking sheet.
- Coat with egg wash, and generously coat with everything seasoning.
- Bake at 450 for 15-20 or until golden brown.
