Everything Pretzel Pigs in a Blanket:

Ingredients:

  • Crescent dough
  • Hotdogs
  • 1 egg whisked
  • 2 TBSP of Everything Seasoning
  • 5 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup of baking soda
  1. Heat oven to 450.
  2. Cut crescent dough into small triangles.
  3. Cut hotdogs into fourths.
  4. Starting from the wide side of the triangle, wrap the hotdog until fully wrapped.
  5. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add baking soda and lower to a simmer.
  6. Add wrapped hotdogs to the soda bath for 30 seconds.
  7. Remove with slotted spoon and place on baking sheet.
  8. Coat with egg wash, and generously coat with everything seasoning.
  9. Bake at 450 for 15-20 or until golden brown.
