
Easy and delicious beer cheese dip.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz shredded Cheddar-Gruyere
- 8 oz of shredded cheddar
- 1 TSP of salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
- 2 TBSP of butter
- 2 TBSP of flour
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 8 oz of beer
- Heat pan to medium heat. Add butter and melt.
- Lower heat. Add flour and seasonings.
- Whisk rapidly until golden brown roux is created.
- Add beer.
- Cook at medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
- Add milk. Whisk rapidly u til fully incorporated.
- Add in shredded cheese slowly until melted.
- Serve & enjoy!
