Grate Beer Cheese Dip

Easy and delicious beer cheese dip.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar-Gruyere
  • 8 oz of shredded cheddar
  • 1 TSP of salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
  • 2 TBSP of butter
  • 2 TBSP of flour
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 8 oz of beer
  1. Heat pan to medium heat. Add butter and melt.
  2. Lower heat. Add flour and seasonings.
  3. Whisk rapidly until golden brown roux is created.
  4. Add beer.
  5. Cook at medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Add milk. Whisk rapidly u til fully incorporated.
  7. Add in shredded cheese slowly until melted.
  8. Serve & enjoy!
