Blending the Margarita: This recipe instructs you to blend the margarita. This ensures that you’re not getting chunks of flavor from the strawberries and or basil. Rather, every sip is full of flavor.
Straining the Margarita: This recipe instructs you to strain the blended margarita mixture. This step removes the pulp of strawberries making it smooth.
No Ice Hack to Transforming this Recipe to Frozen Margarita: Simply freeze the strawberries overnight and do not strain. Yes its that easy. Do not water down your booze with ice when strawberries have enough water on their own.

Strawberry-Basil Margaritas
Ingredients:
- 2-4 strawberries
- 2 small or 1 large leaf of basil
- 1 oz of tequila
- 1 oz of lime juice
- 1 oz of agave
- Cut stems off of strawberries.
- Add strawberries, basil, tequila, lime juice, and agave into blender.
- Blend on medium until fully incorporated.
- Add to shaker & strain over ice.
- Garnish with basil and enjoy!
